In April 2025, I embarked on a transformative two-week photography expedition through Yellowstone National Park, based out of the ruggedly charming town of West Yellowstone. This immersive journey brought me face-to-face with the raw beauty and wild spirit of America's first national park.
From the steam-drenched terraces of Mammoth Hot Springs to the quiet intensity of bison grazing at dawn, every moment was a testament to nature's grandeur. I spent hours at the Wolf and Grizzly Discovery Center, capturing the majesty of these apex predators up close, then ventured into the backcountry where birds soared over vast landscapes that seemed untouched by time.
Witnessing the circle of life unfold—predators tracking prey, new life emerging from the snowmelt—shifted something deep within me. Yellowstone didn’t just offer photo opportunities; it offered perspective, peace, and profound inspiration.
